SAVE THE WORLD FROM DIABETES
Lundoch Diagnostics was founded in 2020 at the campus of Lund University, Sweden. The foundation of the company is a scientific discovery led by Dr. Yang De Marinis (Assoc. Prof, Prof) in collaboration with 22 institutes, hospitals and universities from Sweden, Finland, Germany, US, UK, France, Switzerland, Italy, Denmark and China. This large international study discovered blood protein biomarkers that predict future type 2 diabetes many years before diagnosis.
Based on the scientific findings, Lundoch was founded and developed LDcoder®, which detects diabetes risk in an individual by AI-driven blood test at least 4 years before diagnosis. This innovative technology makes diabetes prevention possible through early risk screening and intervention in large populations globally.

Yang de Marinis, PhD
CHAIRMAN, FOUNDER, CEO
Dr. Yang de Marinis is a prominent global diabetes scientist and an experienced entrepreneur. She is the leader of the global study behind Lundoch Diagnostics.
Dr. Yang de Marinis holds several academic positions including Associate Professor in diabetes functional genomics at Lund University (Sweden); Professor in AI-clinical application at Shandong University (China); and Researcher in pancreatic islet physiology and spatial transcriptomics at the University of Oxford (UK). Furthermore, Dr. Yang de Marinis is also the Regional Coordinator and Board Member at Diabetes Sverige (Diabetes Sweden).
